Today, When I was working on a project. I had a bunch of Price text Layer With pound symbol in it. I wanted to replace all those with Dollar symbol so I went thru every single layer to edit them. Now I am wondering there has to be a way to Replace all those at once. Some sort of script or something.

This is helpful but not exactly what I need. I want to change a particular character (in my case it’s a currency symbol) to be replaced.

What you are describing is exactly what the video is showing you how to do, isn’t it?

    – The Great Szalam
(The \’Great\’ stands for \’Not So Great, in fact, Extremely Humble\’)

No this video shows how to replace a “word”.

I have a price list with different value and pound symbol. Now what I want is just to replace the pound symbol to Dollar keeping everything else the same.

Ok, so you didn’t try it. Works exactly the same for a letter, two letters, two words, sentence, etc.
