Element 3d V2 issue
3d object appears black, dont know why
i have a quadro k600 graphics card, does that support this?

If you are in Ae2018 try purging all caches. It seems to gum up the works with regard to E3D’s textures.
Also you could try turning off the GPU in the prefs if you think the gfx card can’t handle it. -
tried them both, its not working. any other solutions?

With the GPU turned off in AE’s prefs and in E3D’s prefs it shouldn’t matter what card you have ( it will just be a little slower).

it was a graphic card issue. i upgraded my card to geforce gtx 1050 ti and now it works fine.
