How can I create a picture-in-picture effect?
I’m trying to put a smaller video over my main video like a picture-in-picture effect. I’m not sure which VEGAS Pro tools or settings I should use to resize and position the second video. What’s the easiest way to do this?

Hey, The easiest way is to put the second video on a track above your main video, then use Track Motion or Event Pan/Crop to resize and position it. I’d probably use Track Motion if you want the whole track to behave as a picture-in-picture layer.
Just scale the upper video down and drag it into whichever corner you want. You can also add a small border or drop shadow if you want it to stand out a bit more. No special render settings are needed for this.
