Audio drifts out of sync, stretching audio by ctrl doesnt work
trying to join video and audio from a movie from different sources. Both audio and video constant framerate. when i align beginning in sync it in vegas on timeline – it start out of sync later in timeline. Speed up audio by dragging edge with CTRL doresnt wotk – if i drag it in any way beginning becomes out of sync
Chatgpt says i neded to do that annoying chopping of video in 10 minutes legnts and sync it manually. anyway to do this without this?replied 6 days, 17 hours ago 2 Members · 1 Reply

Hey this one is very tricky, what I would personally try is to adjust the audio’s playback rate very slightly using the Rate setting in the audio event properties. Using ctrl to drag it can sometimes give innacurate results because you cant properly set the right rate. If this doesn’t work reach back and I’ll try to find more solutions.
