Help on Dynamic Lyrics Glow
Good evening, I was wondering if there’s a good way to manipulate text outline colors dynamically to mimic an 80s karaoke singalong style (where the text outline glows for a moment on the currently-sung syllable)? So far I’ve only achieved color shift using duplicate layer and event pan, but doing so with outline glow would make the whole sentence glows, which isn’t something I want. TIA!

Yeah, you can do this by duplicating the text event, adding a Glow effect to the duplicate, and then using a mask to isolate the syllable you want to highlight. Keyframe the mask’s position/size and the glow intensity or color so it follows each syllable as it’s sung.
