    I upped the saturation on some landscape videos, it looks fine in the Program monitor. But after the H.264 export, it is completely oversaturated. I haven’t seen this before so don’t know where to start to research. Thank you!

    This very possibly could be the iPhone footage issue – Premiere Pro is misinterpreting HDR (High Dynamic Range) footage—commonly from iPhones (HLG)—as SDR (Standard Dynamic Range) or vice-versa, causing gamma shifts or color space mismatches.

    Yes I guess this seems like an HDR footage, SDR export problem. If this is the case you can watch this video for help.
