  Horizontal Light Banding

  Hello All!

  I have two very short clips from shooting in Asia that have some horizontal light strobing. Does anyone have suggestions on a solution, or improvement, that won’t cost me $150+ for a plugin purchase? Alternatively, does anyone have access to DA’s Flicker Free plugin and can do a quick touch up and output for me?

  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
