gpu benchmarks for Element 3d
Videocompiler website offers a list of GPU’s that support Element 3d. I’ve dived into it and found some things I don’t fully understand.
Here you can find the recommended and minimal GPU cards that element supports: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1kqQP_Okzn_PEJsn0_CstMJUKyXw3VUJPz9-zX85dDag/pub
I compared this cards with other benckmarks: https://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html
There are some gpus that are listed in minimal graphic cards category, but have significantly better benchmark score than some gpus listed in recommended graphic cards category.
So my question regarding Element performance is.. is it worth buying a high-end GPU with great benchmark score even though it is listed in minimal graphics card category? Or the other way around, should I go with a gpu that has a low benchmark score, but is listed in recommended graphic cards category?
These “odd” deviations may be subject to different benchmarking processes. Are there benchmark results that would help me decide which gpu to buy for optimal Element performance?
PS. I’m not into games so this question is only about rendering performance actually.
