  ‘Find Bin’ preferences

  I have a ‘Find Bin’ shortcut mapped to my keyboard, but when I hit it it opens a new bin window. Where do I change it so it opens as a new tab the bin in my existing superbin?

  Thanks in advance for any help!

  Hi Ann,

  I believe this follows your default bin-opening behaviour:

  Settings > Bin > “Creating a new Bin or opening a closed Bin”

  Set the radio button to “Tabs the Bin…”

  When you open bins directly, you can hold ctrl/cmd to reverse this behavior if tabs aren’t generally where you want them to open.
