Thank you John, I think my learning style would be optimized with 0ne-on-one learning. But I am open to online learning. My employer may require me to provide certain documentation for the expenditure of the resources. So I need a bit of clarification from them. That could also have an effect on my decision process. If you wish to share contact information – please do so. I have to admit, though I have know of this forum for well over a decade.
