FCPX templates
Posted by mica gramm on May 6, 2025 at 2:47 pmHi,
I try to find the best website where I can download FCPX video templates. I tried Motion Array, and I was really disappointed… maybe someone knows a good one?
Thanks.
Mica.

May 6, 2025 at 3:59 pmHey Mica,
Agreed, I am no longer impressed with MotionArray – they are slowly shutting down, whilst introducing a top tier of useless A.I. services.
Cinepunch, a friend of the COW should be your first stop – flat one fee $69 Regurlar Licence and $99 for extended – use as much as you like – I use for Davinci, PPro and AE:

FCPX:

June 30, 2025 at 3:16 pmMotionVFX has tons of stuff that all looks the same, at an expensive subscription price, ignore them.
Stupid Raisins, LenoFX, CoreMelt, FCPX Full Access, Industrial Revolution, Ripple Training, Effects are all really good, and you’ll find what you want a lot cheaper than MotionVFX.

July 11, 2025 at 6:58 amThe problem with the templates is that when I begin a project, I always think, ‘What should I do differently and make more impressive this time?’ and start searching for templates, mainly in After Effects, because they are much more impressive than the ones for FCPX or Motion. I downloaded some of them and started working on the project, but I never finished the work with a template. I use one template for logo animation, one for maybe a specific transition, or multiple video screens, but I realise that I mostly use the effects and transitions inside FCP. They are easier to use and modify. And the best place to find them is definitely FxFactory, and there are some more in other places like Envato and motionvfx.
