    Hi there,

I’ve been following this tutorial on how to create a 3D image carousel:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_-V05j8Nwtg

All of the expressions are working just fine but for some reason I have a weird perspective glitch with the cards from behind are showing up on top of the cards which positioned at the front even though on the Z depth axis they are rotating behind.

Any ideas as to how to fix this? Been scratching my head trying to figure out why it’s doing this so any help will be greatly appreciated! Screenshots below of the Image layer expressions which are connected to the Control Null layer which have slider controls for Radius, Carousel Angle, XYZ Orientation Offset etc.

    Currently using CC 2024.

Hard to tell from your screen shot but it looks like your Image_01precomp layer is at the end of a 3D bin in your layer stack. If that’s the case, then it won’t be composited in the same 3D layer space as your other 3D layers. There are a bunch of reasons that 3D bins get “broken”, including intervening 2D layers, layer styles, 3D adjustment layers, etc. We might be able to help spot the issue if you post more of your layer stack.

Thanks for the reply Dan, will keep that in mind. It turns out that the issue was that the Classic 3D renderer was creating the weird stacking so it was resolved by switching it to the Cinema 4D renderer instead to properly display each layer.
