  Video signal to a reference/semi professional grading monitor

  So many links/posts/info on the subject…
  Where do I start? (Other then getting the monitor)
  I have a setup of a dual monitor PC machine, most of my work is AE and I find myself a lot at the end of a project in a post facility with professional monitors, for those tiny end tweaks…
  I am not a color grader/colorist but I often would like to have a video monitor for my work (not only the preview in the comp window).
  How do I go about this? (my GFX card is Nvidia GTX 970) and I Currently have 2 great Samsung screens I work with.
  I understand I need a new card for that video signal… and a way to sync sound…
  Any tips or links are greatly appreciated

  You could just calibrate your screens to be more color accurate and that should be good enough.

  This is m situation right now… I am interested in getting a monitor! I need one…
  I guess Im asking; Am I right? A monitor and a card for the video signal? (my card GTX970, wont allow a 3rd monitor)
