  Known Encore DVD/Blu bug workaround.

  Encore puts an extra chapter stop in a dual-layer Blu-ray (and DVD). This is a bug. Is there a way that I can edit the output of an Encore BDMV or an Encore .ISO to remove this extra chapter?
