I’m not entirely sure how to describe this so I apologise in advance.

I am interested in creating a video where there is pretty much the same piece of footage overlay a dozen or so times but each layer is offset by a frame (or more) now obviously the manual way would just be to copy past as many times as I want offset and then set each layer to a different mode so they all show through, I am wondering if there’s an easier way to achieve this, either with an effect or expression.

Here’s a manual version (done in premiere but just because I had it open)

    Example of a unedited footage

Example of footage overlayed 18 times

    Any help is appreciated!
