I would like to rotate the circle of arrows below. I only have access to this flattened image. I’m wondering if there are any techniques to making this circle appear to rotate naturally without having to recreate 2d arrows and place them into a 3d space. Thanks!

Switch the 3D toggle on and make sure the pivot/axis is dead center.

Then go to down with rotation use all angles and/or use Camera.

Right, but that will look distorted since the arrows are in a circle at an angle.

I’d try to reverse the perspective with CC Power Pin, rotate, then re-apply perspective with CC Power Pin again.

There’s no reason you couldn’t just re-create a flat, centered, un-tilted version of this graphic, then make it spin and adjust the angle. You’d have perfect control of every aspect then. Unless there’s some reason you’re married to that exact graphic?
