  Hide/Show Shape Layer Group by Script

  Hello!
  I’m writing a script that will smooth a specific path using expressions.
  The script will generate a new Shape Group and a new Path property, stroke and fill, with an expression tied to the chosen path.
  After creating the new path, I’d like to hide the group of the selected path, but I can’t seem to discover a correct way to let the script accomplish this “easy” task.

  Can anyone help me?

  I would probably say try using the keyframes on the path section of your file, being the final keyframe to take the shape off the screen or you can find something to fade out using keyframes as well to animate the shape to fade from the screen. Hope it helps and best of luck!
