Sony’s Creators’ Cloud now enables Cloud upload of photos and videos shot with FX3 and FX30

Sony Electronic’s cloud production platform Creators’ Cloud now enables Cloud upload, which allows photos and videos taken with cameras such as the FX3 and FX30i to be directly uploaded to cloud storage.

After initial settings are made using the smartphone app “Creators’ App” (version 2.3), photos and videos will be automatically transferred to the cloud storage of Creators’ Cloud when the camera is turned on, without going through the smartphone.

Photos and videos transferred to the cloud can be quickly viewed and edited from various devices.

From March 2024 onwards, α1, α9 III, α7S III, and α7 IV will also be compatible with this functionii.

This feature will be on display at the Sony booth at CP+, which will be held in Yokohama, Japan from February 22nd (Thursday) in local time.

Notes:
i Software update of compatible camera body is required.
ii α1 and α7S III will also be compatible with “Creators’ App” at the same time.
