I found Miraizon ProRes made pretty dodgy output. AfterCodecs is better, but if you want an officially-licensed Apple ProRes encoder on Windows, you should look at Assimilate SCRATCH, The Foundry’s NUKE, or apparently the latest version of BMD Fusion.
