  Adobe After Effects on my PC

  Hi,can I run After Effects on my PC?

  The specs are:

  CPU I5 2400 GPU ATI RADEON HD 8490 RAM 4 GB

  Hey Rocky,

  There should not be anything stopping you from running After Effects.
  But an i5 processor and 4 GB Ram, is kind of like turning up on a pedal bike to a Motorbike race – by the time you get over the finishing line, everybody else will have been to the bar, before going home to bed…

  Although, if it is for training and learning AE, you can always work on a smaller “canvas” and at a lower resolution.

  The minimum requirements to run the latest Adobe After Effects is actually 16GB of RAM, any less than that, it could maybe run but be very laggy. I recommend at minimum intel Core i7 if you want full performance, you could run it on an i5 but it may lag too since my PC has an i5 and plan to upgrade to an i7 later this year.
