  Lower thirds question

  Hi there,

  I was given this template for some lower thirds. I noticed that when you type a person’s name, the blue background box will automatically adjust to fit the text.

  Can someone explain or point me to a tutorial on how to do this? I tried parenting the Blue box to the text but don’t think that’s correct.

  There are a bunch of tutorials that show the expressions needed to do that. I googled automatic text box, anyone of them should explain it pretty well.
