  Premiere Pro 2023 and Sony PXW-Z190

  What are the Sony PXW-Z190 record format and settings needed to import HD clips into Premiere Pro 2023? I have used the Sony Z150 and everything imports in Premiere Pro and works fine. When I save the AVCHD file from the camera to a folder, I don’t see any HD clips to save. All of the clips show up as Thumbnails on the camera but I am thinking I am not using the right record settings and format on the Z190. Great camera but I just can’t import into Premiere Pro 2023.

  I am sure you are able to convert the .mxf format to a H.264 MP4 format using a software like YTD Video Downloader. I found a link to a website that may help you get the software you need to convert to the format compatible with your Adobe Premiere Pro: https://www.acrok.com/sony-pxw-z190-fcp-x/
