I am trying to recreate a similar effect to this: https://streamable.com/nu0pa

As you can see, logo of different opacities is sliding into the correct position. How would you recreate this type of animation, without creating tons of different layers?

For example, if you wanted to change the logo, you would need to edit all of those layers each time. I would like to avoid that. On the other hand, having tons of layers isn’t really a problem, if I can somehow make it so that I need to just change the picture. I am not dealing with shape layers here.

    Thanks for help! Cheers

Pre-compose your logo first, then create your animation with the precomps. Change the logo by changing whatever is in the precomp.

You can also replace multiple layers by selecting them, holding Alt (Opt), and dragging your new layer on top. Pre-composing allows for more flexibility in my opinion though.

I would use some type of property effector (or that specific script). But that idea of expression linke properties.

    Thank you!
