  refresh disabled is on when my caps lock is off?

  okay i have after effects cc 2017, and i have no blue tooth keyboard. my caps lock is NOT on, but the refresh disabled tab keeps popping up, making it hard to edit with. ive tried restarting and resetting the preferences, but nothing worked. does someone know how to fix this?

  You dont’ have a keyboard like the Corsair models do you? You can set any key to be any key and we’ve had the mapping go haywire (ironically in the oppsite direction – we turn off the caps lock key, and one day it just came on by itself)
