C300 MkII Shutdown
I mistakenly selected 60fps and 4K and the camera shut down. I recall that combo of settings is not supported. Problem is, I can’t access the menu to change it back. Suggestions? Mahalo in advance!

If you are still having issues with the camera, perhaps there is a way to factory reset your camera to its default settings. So you were not able to turn on the camera at all?

Hector… really appreciate the reply. This problem occurred awhile ago and has been resolved. I honestly can’t remember what we did, but we may have somehow been able to reset it as you suggested. Anyway, mahalo for the response.
