  changing default Captions format

  Good morning. Premiere v 15.4.5. How do I change the default format for closed captions after I’ve already created them? I created them in the default mode, and I need to change them to CEA-608 or CEA-708

  A lot has changed since 2021.

  Not sure but might have a look at Modify > Interpret footage.
