  No hover text?

  This has been a problem for me in Premiere and After Effects. When i move my mouse over an icon or any kind of button in the program, I believe it would have a text box pop up to say what it is. I don’t think CC does that? Or how do I change it to do that?

  Check that Preferences > General > Show Tool Tips is enabled.
