For simple Cases like face i always use simple tools like premiere pro which has a really handy track face tool.
just draw a mask around the face and then click track forward.

tnx mohsen it was nice reply, you are true.most of time i use premiere for face cleaning or effects, but it’s so cool to use after effects
    for separating layers,
my major problem is to now is it possible to track a mask that i made already in after effects in mocha?
if so,it would be so handy for many jobs.it’s a magic wood for me ☺

P.S i would be so glade if you direct me.

Generally, you can use Mocha AE or Mocha Pro to do both the tracking and masking and it is quite robust compared to the Premiere mask face tracker.

Launch Mocha. Draw your spline and track. Export shape as “mocha shape for AE”. In AE, select your layer and “paste Mocha mask”.

This will convert your tracked Mocha mask to an AE mask. If you are running Mocha pro, this process will even work with Premiere.

Also MochaImport+ will allow you to start with an AE mask and send it to Mocha:
