  Control Number of Dashes in animated shape layer

  So, I’m trying to morph a dashed shape layer. The problem is that while morphing the shape layer its length changes, so are the number of dashes.

  Is there a way I can lock the dashes so they wont relate to shape’s length?

  Tried puppet, but it wont do for this kind of morphing.
