Toggle transparency
Can someone tell me why this wouldn’t work?
function turnTransparency(){
var trans = app.project.transparencyGridThumbnails;
trans = true;
turnTransparency();
};

It doesn’t really do anything and calls itself endlessly. Maybe you meant this:
function turnTransparency(){
app.project.transparencyGridThumbnails = true;
}

I doesn’t turn the transparency on at all.
I do see that it turns the transparency on in the in the project panel window but not the main composition viewer. Really odd.

That’s correct, I think it just affects the transparency of thumbnails in the project panel.

I am on a Mac, do you know how to run the script from UI panel? I used app.executeCommand but doesn’t work
