  Numbers Snapping???

  As I edit I am running into something that I think might be a feature. In the Effects Control panel I like to use the function where you park your cursor on the numbers and drag left or right to make adjustments. When I do this it seems that the numbers don’t respond till after Ive moved the mouse a great ways, not immediately like it used to… Is this a function or a bug or what? Any help is appreciated. It’s been a couple years since I worked on a new version of Adobe.

  Might want to reinstall the mouse software.
