    Hi

I’m shooting a safety video where I want to essentially have text objects interact with the people on the screen. (I want to drop a graphic that says “heavy object” on a person’s head etc. but have it behave in a real way)

My initial thought was to wrap an object in chromakey tape and use that object to create the motion in the footage, then track that motion and put it on a null and parent the text to the null.

The problem arose though that while I can key out the object used to track the motion, I can’t cover up the keyed out object effectively.

Does anyone have an idea on how I could do this? I am open to a different way of doing it all together. Please help, the shoot is tuesday.

    Thanks
