  I am not sure if this was done with AE, but do you guys can help me how to replicate the effect in this video – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UrCSfeGJsmU – just the first seconds. A link to a tutorial would be great!

  The looks like Fractal Noise with the brightness and contrast keyframed to fade it up with Quick Chromatic Aberation effect added and the values cranked up.

  QBA isn’t included in AE, but it is free from Plugin Everything https://www.plugineverything.com/qcav2
