  Distortion on transition after export (not in timeline)

  Hi folks,

  I have recently started using FCPX and I have noticed a strange distortion on multiple parts of my exported video, its solely when I cut between shots. As you can see from the the image it does a split second swirling thing to the image and to my eye its very obvious. I seem to be able to resolve it by going back into FCP and trim both clips down a frame, but you cannot see this distortion in the timeline. I’m wondering why its happening in the first place as obviously it can be time consuming to have to re-export all the time. If anyone has any ideas I will be eternally grateful. Sam
