  • y position change via slider (with simplified NUMBERS 1-10 on slider scale)

    Hi, I am currently trying to build a rolling number count, which is simply controlled via multiple sliders (1-10) on a null layer in a master comp

    or even just on essential properties (y position)

    Now I have no problem setting this up where it gets tricky is the simplification of the slider numbers.

    I stacked numbers 0-9 in 1 text layer (+ CC REPETILE expanding up and down) Masked 1 number, so it can roll up and down to the desired number. I am going to duplicate comps and offset them slightly to build 3-10 figure numbers (as desired turn of visibility)
    Now when I link my y position with the slider, the property value 205 flicks to the next number”

    0=0
    9=205
    8=410
    7=615
    6=820
    5=1025
    4=1230
    3=1435
    2=1640
    1=1845
    0=2050
    9=2255
    8=2460
    etc

    Can I alter (simplify) the value on the slider ? so I dont need to type 2460 to get to the 2nd 8 in the list ( I do like the run through the first sequence 0-9 before it slowly eases on the next sequence target numbers)

    in short, I am basically after an expression where 10 numbers are allocated to specific y positions (205 increment ) 0= 2050, 9=2255, 8=2460 > 1=3895

    and when I slide to e.g. 8 the counter rolls through and ends on 8!

    I hope this makes sense? Can anyone help me out?

    Cheers
