Saber Effect Linking to Controls Drop-Down menu
I created frame with saber effect and how can i change presets with Controls drop down menu?

You can’t.
VC did some behind the scenes programming in the plugin, because choosing a preset changes a lot of other parameters all over the plugin which keyframing or adding an expression to the “preset” parameter does not achieve. There’s probably a technical reason why they added a stopwatch to it, but it looks like a dummy parameter, just there so it can trigger some kind of script inside of the plugin.
If you want to control the preset, you’ll have to take note of what parameters were changed by the preset, and give each of those parameters an expression.
