  Premiere Pro Sequence settings- Quicktime/ -IFrame OnlyMPEG

  Hi there,

  Wondering if someone can explain to me as basic as you can, the difference in what these 2 do please? Quicktime/ -IFrame OnlyMPEG

  Two different formats.

  However, QuickTime has many codec options.

  From what I can tell about iFrame is that it’s a very low res option mainly for proxies.

  Quicktime has proxy options as well.

  Not sure now much more basic I can get.
