Sony Media Manager anyone?
Posted by John Perez on December 12, 2021 at 12:01 pmI want a database that saves my events with pertinent comments/info that I can use across multiple Vegas Pro timelines. Is there some way to do this? Is there a tool in V19 that does this? thx…

December 13, 2021 at 3:15 amHey John,
I didn’t go so far to test this to see if it works, but if you hold the SHFT key down and go to the Options menu, you’ll see the “Internal” menu show up at the bottom. Search for “Media” and you’ll see “Enable Media Manager” show up there! It’s set to FALSE… change it to TRUE, restart Vegas and see what happens?

December 21, 2021 at 9:10 pmMedia Manager contains a component that is incompatible with more recent versions of Windows 10, thus the reason behind it being removed, by default, from VEGAS. If you want to use it, you will likely need to use Windows 7, but that OS is not officially supported by VP 19.
