  Will Canon R5 ever be able to externally output a non-RAW 8K signal?

  I’d like to do some extensive 8K b-roll shooting with the Canon R5. Because of the overheating issues involved in shooting 8K internally with the R5, I will likely need to do external 8k recording with a Ninja V+. I know the Ninja V+ just added the capability to record 8K ProRes RAW, but I’d prefer to not shoot in a RAW format, partly because of the extra video noise it introduces. Does anyone know if Canon has indicated that they’ll add some sort of non-RAW 8K external output to the R5? Thanks.
