  Hi,

  Just putting it out there, I was wondering how to go about achieving an organic yet techy glitch look like this ? Is it manual or some sort of plugin like AE PixelSorter is being used here ?

  There’s a really in-depth interview with the the director and lead animator of the HCF title sequence over at Art of the Title – https://www.artofthetitle.com/title/halt-and-catch-fire/

  In a nutshell, they repeatedly over-processed the images of the cast saving by pixelating sections of the photos.
