  Subtitles Not Showing

  Hi! I would greatly appreciate your help on this!

  I began this project on Windows 7 and everything remained on the pc during the upgrade to Windows 10, so I suspect that may be the cause of this problem. On exports previous to the upgrade all my subtitles in this video project worked fine, but now I noticed (also in the preview panel) that some have become invisible. For no apparent reason, some of the subtitles appear and some do not. All subtitles are on the same video track and all look just fine when I open them in the titler window.

  Please advise me at your earliest convenience! as to the possible cause and remedy! Thanks!

  PrPro CS6 on Windows 10

  Captions or titles make by the Titler posing as subtitles?

  Delete all media cache.

  Make new project and import old one.
