Hello, i created something on Illustrator and loaded it into After Effects, but i can’t animate stroke. I have a fix image, and i already put images in differents layers.

I wanna animate the tractor track, but After Effects does not show me my stroke.

ae imports Ai files/ layers, as Ai files, not shape layers. You would need to use a tool like Overlord I think it’s called. Or copy the path in Ai and paste on to a shape layer in AE

Ae can also now convert vector layers to native Ae shapes. Right-click the vector layer, then choose Create > Create shapes from vector layer.

A little bit of prep in Illustrator goes a long way in being able to animate in Ae.
