  Pulse effect pls help

  Hi! Does anyone know how this effect is done? I want to apply it on a rather complex curve vector that I imported from ai. I tried using trapcode form but it didn’t seem to work

  I think you could use Audio Waveform or Audio Spectrum to get one line. Then precomp this and stack your precomp multiple times to get the extra lines
