  Stretch effect live action

  Hi there,

  Any ideas on how one might achieve an effect similar to the attached still but on a live action shot (ideally without building it all in 3D)? e.g. Is there a combination of effects in After Effects that might do the trick?

  The built in Warper OFX plugin in Resolve Studio does this. You overlay a mesh and grab it and distort to your hearts content. Plays in real time on my machine.
