  What software is this?

  Does anybody know what software was used to achieve this quality? This isn’t the original music video because the quality wasn’t as clear as this.

  That compression looks really bad, so I don’t know what you mean by quality. If you mean the actual video then that is what you get when you have money to hire a professional set/dress/make up/film crew.
