  Premiere Pro 2020 Asus Rog Strix 1070 HW Encoding problem

  Hello there. I have an issue in HW encoding. It is enabled, I can chose it but it is not working. Because when I export in H264, and click task manager, I can see my Asus Rog Strix 1070 doing nothing. Absolutely nothing. And I tested both HW and SW encoding, and got the same time frame for both. Does anyone here encountered a same issue? Is there a way to be solved?
