  Revert to frames per second in timeline

  AE CS4

  Was experimenting with bpc and somehow changed the timeline numbers from 00:00 to 0025+00, etc.

  Any way to change it back?

  Control+click (PC) or Command+click (macOS) the timecode display on the timeline viewer to cycle through different time display styles. You can also change the time display style in the project settings dialog.
