  kipro recording transparent artifact

  Eve though all monitors show a clean image when file from kipro is playrd back it shows a top transparent layer of rectangular image. The video beneath it is good. The image is still there when when downloaded and played on the computer. When the image is imported into premiere pro and placed on the time line it clean and the artiface is not there. I hope someone has an answer for this. In six years of using the Kipro I have never wxsperianced thid problem before.
