Save project with effects open or closed
Does anyone know how to save the state of effects and slider controls (i.e., opened or closed) in the Effect Controls panel, so that those effects will look the same when opening the project in any version of After Effects?
When I save a project in CS5 with the effects closed and tidy, I can open that project in CS5 and the effects are still closed and tidy. But when I open the project in CC, the effects are open and it’s a mess. Also, it does this with most layers, but not all layers. It seems very random.
Here’s an example of what I mean, with CS5 on the left. I have “category” slider controls as well as effects, which I want closed, and other slider controls which I want open. On the right side, you see the mess that CC makes.
