I’ve recently subscribed to Maxon Red Giant VFX Complete. I am working a specific project that justified the cost and warranted the depth of Primatte 6. Along the way I discovered Supercomp, which was a huge help. My composites are simple green screen talking heads over a background. When I add the 2 layers to Supercomp I immediately see that there is some sort of edge blending happening, even before I add any VFX in Supercomp. Can anyone shed light on what’s happening and why?

After watching Stu Maschwitz’s tutorial on Supercomp, I believe this is because Supercomp works in true HDR 32-bit floating.

I’d be willing to agree with you on that. How are you liking Supercomp?
